Bread And Butter


Take bread and butter every morning with little sugar to start a sweet day.

One table spoon of butter gives you 100 kcal., a 30gm bread gives you 80 kcal. and little sugar of 10 gm gives you 40 kcal. so you you can get a total of 220 kcal. which means 2 breads with butter will be enough for your breakfast.
If you are quite serious about your diet then try to take food as per your daily requirement. There is no need to take less food or fasting. I know that obesity is the major problem for many of us and those who used to take much food they are facing big difficaulty to stay fit.

  1. You gotta be joking! Dear, if you're trying to lose weight, yes it's calories in calories out but butter, white bread and sugar?!!!! At least make good use of the calories you take. Take whole grain bread, NO butter which is loaded with cholesterol, and NO sugar. But organic peanut butter or almond butter or sugar free fruit spread!
